Data Deletion

• Your email address and hashed password.
• Connected social account tokens for TikTok and Instagram, stored encrypted.
• Video files you upload and any edits you apply.
• Post drafts, captions, and publish history.

The fastest way to delete all your data is from your dashboard. Log in, go to Settings → Account, and click Delete my account. This permanently removes your account, uploaded files, connected social accounts, and post history.

If you cannot access your account, email us at privacy@crossposthub.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include the email address associated with your account. We will process the request within 30 days and confirm by email once complete.

If you connected CrossPostHub to TikTok or Instagram and want to revoke access without deleting your full account, you can disconnect platforms individually from Settings → Connected Accounts. You can also revoke access directly in TikTok or Instagram settings.

• Personal data is deleted from our database.
• Uploaded video files are removed from storage.
• Social account tokens are revoked and deleted.
• Deletion is irreversible and data cannot be recovered.
